Coronavirus SARS-Cov-2 - new regulations

Dean's office is open now from monday to friday (10.00 - 14.00).

Dear students, for the sake of your and our health, please comply with the following rules applicable during the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic (based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, legal regulations, including Letter No. 11/2020 of the Rector of May 18, 2020):

1. It is necessary to cover the mouth and nose in all facilities and rooms of the university. Disinfect your hands at the entrance to the building or dean's office.
2. Only one person can be in the dean's office at the same time, except for the dean's office staff.
3. In front of dean's office and in the dean's office social distance should be kept min. 1.5 m
4. Visits to the dean's office should be limited to the minimum necessary. Make an appointment in advance by phone or e-mail.
5. E-mail and telephone contact is still the preferred form of communication and settling matters (all landline phones to the dean's office staff operate from 8am to 1pm).
6. The documents can still be sent by e-mail to the addresses of the dean's office employees using USOS mail only or sent by post.
7. Don't come to university if you have clinical symptoms of COVID-19 or have had contact with an infected or suspected SARS-CoV-2 infection in the last 2 weeks.
8. In the event of any symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 infection, please contact the sanitary-epidemiological station, infectious department by phone, and call 999 or 112 in the event of deterioration of health, and immediately report this fact to the dean's office employee at the University

ERASMUS+ recruitment for students in 2020/2021

ERASMUS+ ONLINE RECRUITMENT FOR STUDIES in 2020/2021 is now open from 27th April to 11th May 2020.


27th April 2020 – 11th May 2020:

- application form (generated at the end of online registration, it should be a scanned version with
student’s signature but without grades confirmation from the Dean’s office)
- documents confirming organizational and research activity
- international language certificate
- information about language exam that was taken during studies at UPWr
- information about additional language exam that student wants to take online.

11th May 2020 – 15th May 2020:
Online language exams for students who:
- have not passed the language exam at UPWr yet
- do not have international language certificate
- want to take additional language exam.

22th May 2020:
Announcement of recruitment results (by email).

We are happy to introduce you a new-published phone application, developed due to the cooperation of Universities located in Wroclaw and City Police Headquarters in Wroclaw as well.

The app is a base knowledge for international students.

➢ It's an actual collection of information about the rules of law established in Poland.
➢ It helps in crisis situations (e.g. theft, accident, medical assistance).
➢ It's aim is to help with domestication in foreigner country, especially for the newcomers.
➢ It was made in 5 languages: Polish, English, Spanish, German and Ukrainian.
