Changes in study’s curriculum

ATTENTION Fifth year students of "Veterinary"

In connection with the accession in the 2019/20 academic year to the implementation of the project "POWER for UPWr - a comprehensive university development program", the Council of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at its meeting on September 24, 2019 approved changes in study’s curriculum and schedules for the "veterinary" study for education cycles, which started in following academic years: 2015/16, 2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19.
The change consists in introducing an obligatory subject: "Academic entrepreneurship" (1 ECTS, 15 hours of classes in seminar groups) for the students of the 9th semester, instead of the subject: "Marketing in veterinary practice" (1 ECTS, 15 hours of lectures).
The dates of classes have been adapted to the schedule. Classes will be held in December and January, partly as a e-learning.
In the near future there will be an announcement about the possibility of enrolling to the another subject "Academic Entrepreneurship".
People who have already enrolled in "Marketing in veterinary practice" will be discharged from this subject by the dean's office, because this subject will be implemented as an elective at the 10th semester of study.
